Based on the information discussed he will isolate the market and regularly provide new listings and market updates. After the perfect home has been decided upon, Donald walks clients through the agreement of sale to compile an offer, and carefully explain the details of any counter offer that may arise. Once an offer is accepted he will review inspection reports and send repair requests to the listing agent. Leading up to settlement, he will coordinate all necessary documents for a smooth, stress-free closing!
For Sellers: Before listing a property, Donald presents his clients with a professional market analysis and detailed comparative market analysis of the property. He walks his clients through the listing agreement and reviews which home details will be published to the public. When offers have been submitted he explains the ins and outs of counter offering. Once his clients are under contract, Donald reviews inspection reports and requests from buyers. Leading up to settlement, he coordinates all necessary documents for a smooth, stress-free closing!
